ALL BUYERS MUST be registered with each show to
receive a pass to enter the market.
You must be a valid retailer with a current
reseller's sales tax ID.
Q.
Can anyone buy
products from your companies?
A. No. You must be a retailer with a valid state sales tax
ID.
Q. How long does it take to deliver your products?
A.
Most of our companies deliver in about 5-10 days.
Q.
Do your companies drop ship?
A.
Yes some of our manufacturers do drop ship. Elegant
Moments, Bodyzone, Raveware have a policy to allow drop
shipments for a nominal fee.
Q.
What territory or region do you sell to?
A. All reputable manufacturers have designated sales rep's
for different parts of the US as well as any foreign
countries or provinces. Our territory covers all of California,
Nevada, Arizona, Utah New Mexico, Colorado .
Q. How will I pay for my merchandise when I order?
A. Most initial orders are shipped COD, but most companies
accept credit cards. Established businesses can apply to
our credit departments for terms.
Q. Can I have merchandise shipped to a P. O. Box?
A. Usually not. None of our companies will ship to a P. O.
Box unless it's a mail center or prior arrangements have
been made for payment.
Q. Can I do special orders for my
customers?
A. Absolutely, most lines have LITTLE or NO MINIMUMS
and are happy to help you assist your customers.
Q. What do I do if I have a problem?
A. We have very few problems, but if you do, call your sales representative, and it will be taken care of
ASAP!!!!
Please note:
~ All orders will be written and
sent to the head office the same day.
~ Once the company receives the order they require 24-48
hours processing time before shipping.
~ Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
~ Companies cannot guarantee same day shipping or delivery
dates.
~ Normal delivery takes approximately 7-9 days to arrive. If
you need your order to arrive before that please call the
company directly to arrange for priority shipping.
